Na batedeira misture o cream cheese e a manteiga. Quando formar uma pasta homogênea acrescente devagar o açúcar e depois a essência de baunilha.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Misture esse creme com o bolo esmigalhado e faça bolinhas. Depois de muita enrolação e de ninguém falando o que queria comer, resolvemos que ia ser algo bem simples (afinal tá todo mundo de regime né? magralindagordanott), uma massa fresquinha com molho de tomate caseiro acompanhado de peito de frango marinado e assado.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Tudo dessa receita é simples e só é preciso paciência se você não tiver um cilindro ou como no meu caso ter mas não estar com ele em casa no dia de fazer massa!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;b&gt;Ingredientes&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;b&gt;Massa:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 200 gramas de farinha de trigo&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 2 ovos&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 1 pitada de sal&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;b&gt;Molho de tomate:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 20 ml de azeite&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 25 gramas de cebola picada (duas colheres)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 60 ml de polpa de tomate&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 350g de tomates sem casca e sem semente picados (mais facil comprar aqueles que já vem sem pele enlatado)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- Ervas aromáticas&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- Sal&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- Pimenta do reino&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;Como fazer&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;b&gt;Massa:&lt;/b&gt; Coloque toda a farinha em uma superfície limpa e faça um buraquinho no centro (como se fosse um vulcãozinho), dentro desse buraco coloque os ovos. Misture tudo e trabalhe a massa. Ela não deve ficar mole, deve ter uma consistência firme. Deixe descansar por 30 minutos.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Abra a massa usando rolo de macarrão e corte em tirinhas finas.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;b&gt;Molho&lt;/b&gt;: Aqueça o azeite e coloque a cebola e depois o alho. Quando estiver soltando aquele cheirinho delicioso de comida caseira acrescente a polpa de tomate e os tomates picados.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Deixe cozinhar por mais ou menos 30 minutos em fogo baixo. É uma ótima pedida pra quem precisa fazer algo super rápido e com coisas que sempre temos em casa!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;b&gt;Massa:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 150 gramas de farinha de trigo&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 75 gramas de açúcar&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 60 gramas de manteiga sem sal FRIA&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- uma pitada de sal&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- um ovo inteiro e mais uma gema&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;b&gt;Recheio:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 1 lata de leite condensado&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 1 lata de creme de leite&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;-  1/2 lata de limão espremido&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;Como fazer&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;b&gt;Massa&lt;/b&gt;: Comece peneirando a farinha, depois corte a manteiga em cubinhos pequenos e misture na farinha, vá apertando e misturando (isso empre me ajuda a relaxar) depois que toda a manteiga estiver misturada com a farinha formando uns floquinhos de farofinha adicione o ovo, a gema, o açúcar e o sal. (pode ser que precise de um pouquinho a mais de farinha, mas é só ir sentindo na mão, ela não pode ficar grudenta, tem que relar nela e soltar fácil).&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Embale a massa em filme plástico e deixe na geladeira por 1 hora. Abra a massa e cubra sua forma de torta, gele mais um pouco e faça furinhos na massa. SÉRIO, abra bem as janelas rs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="border-collapse: collapse; "&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: small;"&gt;Agora vamo lá, é essencial que você deixe absolutamente tudo no jeito, que nem nos programas da Ana Maria Braga, cada coisa num potinho (estocar copinho descartável é uma boa pedida pra isso, mas não pro meio ambiente rs). Comece lavando, descascando e cortando os vegetais: brócolis cortar deixando umas arvorezinhas pequenas, cenoura é na diagonal, e a acelga dobre e corte também na diagonal, deixando uns losangos. Depois faça isso com os itens opcionais, e depois com as carnes. Coloque cada coisa no seu potinho e pra facilitar mais ainda o trabalho deixe os copinhos na seguinte ordem (gente não sou sistematica é que realmente funciona!):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="border-collapse: collapse; "&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: small;"&gt;-  alho, brocolis, cenoura, acelga, bambu, champs, frango, lombo e carne. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="border-collapse: collapse; "&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: small;"&gt;Agora que já tá tudo organizado, coloque uma panela com água pra ferver, quando começar a realmente borbulhar coloque o macarrão pra cozinhar, ele deve cozinhar por exatamente QUATRO minutos, então quando estiver no terceiro minuto, pegue uma frigideira (se tiver uma wok melhor ainda) de preferencia anti-aderente e coloque óleo para esquentar (óleo o suficiente para fritar o macarrão). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="border-collapse: collapse; "&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: small;"&gt;Assim que se passarem os quatro minutos, escorra a água do macarrão e coloque-o no óleo para fritar, eu sempre tive preocupação de fritar demais mas a minha professora disse que quanto mais crocante melhor, então não tenha medo e deixe que ele fique BEM amarelo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="border-collapse: collapse; "&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: small;"&gt;Reserve o macarrão e continue com a frigideira ligada e adicione mais óleo, agora você vai fritar os vegetais, seguindo aquela ordem, depois frite as carnes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="border-collapse: collapse; "&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: small;"&gt;Quando acabar de fritar as carnes, coloque o caldo de frango e o molho de soja, essa parte é totalmente fundamenta em PROVAR, não acredito nas medidas exatas, é muito de ir provando e ajustando o sabor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="border-collapse: collapse; "&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: small;"&gt;Quando você achar que esse molho está do seu gosto (adicionando mais shoyo ou mais caldo, sei lá), pegue o amido de milho dissolvido em água e coloque no molho, espere ferver e ele irá engrossar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="border-collapse: collapse; "&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: small;"&gt;Agora é só acrescentar gotinhas do óleo de gergelim (as vezes eu coloco uma colher de molho de ostra, mas só as vezes e nunca uso o açúcar) e voltar tudo na panela pra esquentar e misturar o macarrão com o resto da galere.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="border-collapse: collapse; Não gosto dessa cozinha pretensiosa da maioria dos chefs (principalmente esses que tem programa de tv), pra mim cozinhar é algo que se faz por prazer e se isso envolver agilidade no processo, melhor ainda!&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Essa é outra receita da linda da Nigella, que é super rápida e fácil e ainda por cima não leva ovos (Isso sempre foi um problema aqui em casa, minha mãe não come nada que leve ovo, principalmente em doces).&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Corram pro supermercado e estoquem esses ingredientes!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;b&gt;Você vai precisar de:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 150 gramas de marshmallow &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 50 gramas de manteiga em temperatura ambiente (sem sal)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 250 gramas de chocolate meio amargo em pedacinhos&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 60 ml de água quente&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 285 ml de creme de leite fresco&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 1 colher de essência de baunilha&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;b&gt;Como fazer:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Como é difícil achar os marshmallows em versão mini, eu corto o marshmallowzão em 4 partes, pra ficar mais fácil na hora de derreter. Coloque os marshmallows cortados, a manteiga, o chocolate picado e a água quente em uma panela. Em fogo baixo, deixe derreter, mas vá misturando de vez em quando, o marhsmallow vai ser o último a derreter - NÃO ENTRE EM PÂNICO - ele vai ficar lindo! &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Assim que derreter, retire do fogo e deixe esfriar completamente, isso é realmente o ponto crucial dessa receita, se não estiver frio o próximo passo vai ser um desastre!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Agora pegue o creme de leite fresco e a essência de baunilha e bata na batedeira (ou na mão se você quiser aproveitar pra fazer exercícios pros braços rs) até formar um creme macio (tipo chantilly mesmo, só que um ponto antes).&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Com a mistura de chocolate derretido FRIA, adicione pequenas porçoes do creme batido, sempre mexendo de baixo para cima para não perder o ar. Agora que comprei as forminhas fica ainda mais fácil de fazer, as vezes é dificil achar algumas coisas das receitas por serem americanas, mas nada que uma adaptação não dê um jeitinho.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;b&gt;Massa para 12 bolinhos&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 85 gramas de chocolate meio amargo picadinho&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 1 xícara de farinha de trigo&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 1/2 colher (chá) de bicarbonato de sódio&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 1/2 colher (chá) de fermento em pó&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 1/4 colher (chá) de sal&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 100g de manteiga sem sal (1/2 xícara)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 1 1/4 xícaras de açúcar&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 2 ovos&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 1 colher (chá) de essência de baunilha&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 1/2 xícara de água&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Preaqueça o forno a 180ºC. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Derreta o chocolate. Na batedeira bata o açúcar com a manteiga até ficar cremosinho, acrescente o chocolate derretido e em seguida os ovos. Basicamente é só misturar os ingredientes e mandar ver no forno.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Fiz uma fornadinha assim que voltei de viagem pra agradar as amigas &lt;3&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;b&gt;Massa:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 100 gramas de manteiga (temperatura ambiente)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 150 gramas de açúcar mascavo&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 1 colher de essência de baunilha &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 1 ovo&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 150 gramas de farinha de trigo&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 35 gramas de cacau em pó&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 1/2 colher (chá) de fermento em pó&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 200 gramas de chocolate meio amargo (quebrado em pedacinhos ou comprado em gotas)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;Como fazer:&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Preaqueça o forno a 180ºC.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Na batedeira junte a manteiga e o açúcar. Depois de misturá-los acrescente a baunilha e o ovo, e bata. Quando não tinha essência de baunilha em casa eu substitui por de amêndoas e ficou tão bom quanto! Vale a pena experimentar outros tipos de essência, mas sempre bem pouquinho hein? &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Agora junte a farinha, o cacau (quando não tenho cacau uso chocolate em pó 50% de cacau, também fica ótimo) e o fermento. Depois de misturado, acrescente os pedacinhos de chocolate. (Guarde alguns para colocar por cima da massa na assadeira já, dá um charminho a mais).&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Com uma colher, tire porções da massa e coloque sobre uma assadeira forrada de papel-manteiga. (Se você for da cozinha e tiver um silpat é a melhor opção!). Não esqueça de deixar um espaço entre cada porção, pois eles vão derreter e podem se misturar.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Agora é só assar por 12 minutos (deixo até 15 dependendo do tamanho do cookie). Obviamente não  fica com aquela textura maravilhosa de quando você corta com a colher e escorre aquele recheio de chocolate quente maravilhoso, mas olha, quebra um galhão!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;A receita é dividida em duas partes simples, uma calda e uma massa.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;b&gt;Calda&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 1 xícara (chá) de açúcar&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 4 colheres (sopa) de chocolate em pó&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 2 xícaras (chá) de água&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;b&gt;Massa&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 1 xícara (chá) de açúcar&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 100 gramas de manteiga &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 2 ovos (bater as claras em neve)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 8 colheres de chocolate em pó&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 1 xícara (chá) de leite&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 1 colher (sopa) de fermento em pó&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;b&gt;Como fazer:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;b&gt;Calda &lt;/b&gt;- Juntar a água, o açúcar e o chocolate em pó e levar ao fogo até obter uma calda ralinha.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;b&gt;Massa&lt;/b&gt; - Bater as claras em neve e reservar. Bater as gemas com a manteiga, o açúcar e o chocolate em pó.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Depois de obter uma massa bem homogênea, desligue a batedeira e adicione delicadamente as claras em neve (sempre fazendo um movimento de baixo para cima, para não perder o ar agregado nas claras) e o fermento em pó.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;A receita original dizia para assar por 20 minutos, mas achei que era tempo demais e assei por cerca de 12 minutos.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Consegui uma textura bem macia, mas não gera aquela caldinha de dentro, por isso, ante&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;s de colocar a massa nas suas forminhas, coloque um pouco da calda pra ele ficar mais molhadinho.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;O forno deve estar na temperatura de 200ºC previamente aquecido.
